As a specialist in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), I offer a creative form of psychotherapy that integrates movement, rhythm, and verbal communication. This isn't about "dancing well"—it’s about using the body’s natural language to release stored tension, process trauma, and support your emotional and mental well-being in ways that words alone cannot.
I offer my services in Spanish, English, and Czech.
I offer therapy both in person and online—so you can choose what works best for you. For the online modality It is required to be alone in a closed private space during the session
Individual Somatic therapy

Together, we will work on nervous system regulation, self-esteem, and breaking the patterns that keep you stuck

We focus on co-regulation and developing a deeper awareness of each other’s needs throgh somatic therapy, helping you move from conflict to a more grounded, respectful connection.
