I offer a safe therapeutic space where you can explore your relationship with your body, transform patterns that no longer serve you, and develop the tools to set real boundaries and express yourself authentically, and feel happier and more satisfied with the life you are creating.
I offer my services in Spanish, English, and Czech.
I offer therapy both in person and online—so you can choose what works best for you. For the online modality It is required to be alone in a closed private space during the session
